We love ours. It holds a case of slim can beers + a couple of packs of seltzers on the main shelfs. I can stand tall items like champaign on the bottom shelf. Shorter cans can go on the top shelf. And all my tonics and soda waters on the back of the bottom shelf. We are being another one for our new house!

Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!

I love the functionally of this beverage refrigerator HOWEVER, it has broken down twice in the year and a half since being installed!! The first time it was the compressor and within 6mos the compressor again! I didn't take the extended warranty but after having it fixed once would have thought it was ok. Obviously you must be using shoddy parts. Was also told it would cost $900 to fix it again! This is outrageous! Would love to send it back!! To say I'm angry is an understatement since I had my whole kitchen remodeled and this is the only thing not functioning and I paid more than I should have in the first place and it turned out to be a crappy piece of equipment! It was installed Oct 2022.

I have two of these refrigerators, however when I received them both refrigerator doors were dented. Subsequently the KitchenAid factory has shipped SEVEN (7) replacement doors in which SIX were also dented in shipping. We are a still waiting for one replacement door and it™€™s been almost two years now. Hopefully number when it arrives will NOT be dented. I would say that Kitcthenaid needs to improve their packaging to avoid damage to the replacement doors.

KitchenAid.com Customer Support Is Terrible

Delivered damaged with the outer box unharmed. So clearly this very expensive Undercounter Refrigerator was packed at the factory like this (photos attached). Since the appliance will be fit under the counter in my basement bar, the damage which appears to be cosmetic will not be seen after it is installed. However, the intelligent folks at KitchenAid.com would rather ship another appliance instead of working something out monetarily plus extending the warranty a bit longer for assurance of product operation going forward. The 10% discount was in my opinion a bit low, however acceptable. The issue came when I insisted on them extending the warranty by 1 year. Unfortunately, they will have significant cost in shipping another appliance, and the possible delivery damage to my home... Needless to say, they have made a customer who was clearly a satisfied KitchenAid/Whirlpool customer, a very dissatisfied customer because of their Service Organization. The long story here is I have an entire kitchen full of KitchenAid products, and in general have been satisfied with the products operation and quality. However, all my KitchenAid appliances (3-Door Refrigerator, Double Oven, Cook Top, Hood, Dishwasher, Disposal, numerous countertop appliances...) with the exception of this one, have been purchased through Home Depot. Home Depot have been much better to deal with, and I would recommend not buying from KitchenAid.com...

I have had this under counter refrigerator for several weeks now and while I can™€™t speak to its reliability yet, I can honestly say we are extremely happy with our purchase. Fit, function and form are impressive. The unit is relatively quiet compared to our GE Monogram unit which the KAid replaced. This unit can chill down to freezing but I have it set to beverage (34 degrees) and does a great job on that setting. Saying it does a great job is exactly what I would be hoping to say after the purchase. I purchased the unit online from KAid. Everything was smooth as butter and the delivery folks did a great job of getting it in place. My GE Monogram lasted less than 2 years before the unserviceable thermostat went out. I™€™m obviously hoping for decades of trouble free operation with the KitchenAid. My only negative was the unit cost $400 more than my 25 Cubic Foot home refrigerator/freezer. But, if it last, we™€™ll be happy campers.
