Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. Ordered an airdresser but it did not come with a drain catcher. Contacted support letting them know and they sent me a new one right away. Great and amazing service. I also love my airdresser for using in between dry cleaning sessions.

I wish I could give an actual review however since purchasing my styler I have yet to use it due to the fact that the unit did not come with all of the required accessories specifically the drip tray. Not to mention Ive spent the last 8 months trying to procure a drip tray and continue to get shipped accessories that support refridgerators from LGs respective distributor Encompass. Pretty disappointed that I literally have a $1500 mirror in my laundry room and cant use it. Im to the point I literally may take this unit to the landfill. I dont understand how a company as vast as LG with a motto of Lifes Good makes the consumers life horrible because of the lack of this companys ability or its licensed distributors to provide a part that is integral to the units overall functionality. Not to mention the difficulty to get a part despite providing the model number and serial number for said unit.

This products heater has stopped working and LG will not provide support. I was sent to several different departments through their social media chat which I see here is what LG advises everyone to do and then I was disconnected when someone attempted to send me to a fourth department to schedule a repair. It should not be this difficult to get a product serviced. Unacceptable on LGs part. This will be the last product I purchase from this company.

Overall I am happy with my purchase. It wont get big wrinkles out but overall it de-wrinkles items pretty well. i wish there were more settings cyles to choose from or if there was a way to make a custom setting that would be even better.

I like this styler I heard of this a lot from my friends now I know why they recommended this machine. Also expected delivery date was two month later but it was delivered in one month . And the delivery process was excellent they took off the box before enter my house and covered bottom of this to keep from scratch the floor and this styler Also they explained every small feature of this kindly. I had really good experience of ordering LG appliance. I strongly recommend to try.
